AutoKarnet
AutoKarnet recognises when you are driving and records every trip, even when the app is closed. Your vehicle’s mileage updates itself and your business trips are ready for mileage allowances. Available on iPhone.

Automatic trips: your mileage keeps itself up to date
As soon as you drive, the app recognises it using your phone’s sensors and records the trip until you stop, even when it is closed. A notification then asks you to confirm it: “12 km trip with your Clio?”
AutoKarnet recognises the car from its Bluetooth or CarPlay connection, or from your usual departure habits. Each confirmed trip updates the vehicle’s mileage, without ever overwriting the readings you enter yourself.
Mark your trips as business or personal. AutoKarnet calculates your mileage allowances using the French tax scale, for a car or a motorcycle, and prepares a PDF or CSV export for your expense claim or your employer. Included in Premium.
No. Once detection is turned on and location access is set to “Always”, trips are detected even when the app is closed. Without that permission, trips are only recorded while the app is open.
The route of your trips stays on your phone. Only an estimated mileage reading is added to the vehicle’s logbook to keep its mileage up to date.
AutoKarnet applies the French tax mileage scale to the trips you mark as business, based on the vehicle’s fiscal horsepower and the distance driven during the year, with a 20% increase for an electric vehicle. The amounts are indicative: check them before filing. This feature is included in Premium.
It is designed to use little power: when you are stationary, only significant changes of location are tracked, and precise location only switches on while you drive.
Not yet. Automatic trips are available on iPhone and will come to Android later.
