1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between AutoKarnet and any user subscribing to a Premium plan on the website or in the iOS app auto-karnet.com.
2. Description of Services
AutoKarnet offers two plans:
Free Plan
- 1 vehicle
- 5 maintenance records
Premium Plan — monthly or annual subscription
- Unlimited vehicles
- Unlimited maintenance records
- AI scan, reminders, collaboration, statistics
- Dark mode
3. Pricing and Payment
On the website, Premium is offered at EUR 1.99 incl. VAT per month or EUR 19.90 incl. VAT per year. In the iOS app, the applicable price is the price displayed by the App Store before purchase confirmation.
Website card payments are managed by Stripe. In the iOS app, payment is charged to the Apple Account and managed by Apple.
AutoKarnet reserves the right to change its prices. Any change will be communicated by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. The user may then cancel their subscription before the new price comes into effect.
4. Duration and Renewal
The Premium subscription is monthly or annual and renews automatically for the same period unless canceled. An App Store subscription must be canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Cancellation
By the user: A website subscription is canceled from the AutoKarnet account. An in-app subscription is canceled in Apple subscription settings. Deleting the AutoKarnet account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Premium access remains available until the end of the paid period.
By AutoKarnet: AutoKarnet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's subscription in the event of a breach of these Terms, without refund.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital services whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple under its policies.

7. Liability
AutoKarnet makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the service. However, AutoKarnet cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for:
- Temporary interruptions for maintenance
- Data loss due to force majeure
- The use made by the user of the information provided by the service
8. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Modification of Terms
AutoKarnet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed by email of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the consumer may resort to a consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute.
