Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between AutoKarnet and any user subscribing to a Premium plan on the website auto-karnet.com.

2. Description of Services

AutoKarnet offers two plans:

Free Plan

  • 1 vehicle
  • 1 maintenance record

Premium Plan — EUR 1.99/month

  • Unlimited vehicles
  • Unlimited maintenance records
  • Reminders, exports, statistics
  • Dark mode

3. Pricing and Payment

The Premium subscription is offered at EUR 1.99 incl. VAT per month.

Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. The charge is made automatically each month on the anniversary date of the subscription.

AutoKarnet reserves the right to change its prices. Any change will be communicated by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. The user may then cancel their subscription before the new price comes into effect.

4. Duration and Renewal

The Premium subscription is taken out for a period of one month, automatically renewable by tacit renewal. The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.

5. Cancellation

By the user: The user may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The user retains access to Premium features until that date.

By AutoKarnet: AutoKarnet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's subscription in the event of a breach of these Terms, without refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content services provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the prior consent of the consumer.

7. Liability

AutoKarnet makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the service. However, AutoKarnet cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for:

  • - Temporary interruptions for maintenance
  • - Data loss due to force majeure
  • - The use made by the user of the information provided by the service

8. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modification of Terms

AutoKarnet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed by email of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the consumer may resort to a consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute.
