AutoKarnet account deletion

This page lets you request deletion of your AutoKarnet account from the Web without reinstalling the iOS or Android app.

Secure request

Request account deletion

Enter the email address used for your account. If it matches an AutoKarnet account, you will receive a verification link valid for 24 hours.

You can also delete your account immediately on the website: sign in, open Profile, then select Delete my account in the Danger zone.

Data deleted

The account, profile, vehicles, maintenance records, mileage readings, expenses, documents, shares, preferences and associated device tokens are deleted from our active systems.

Data temporarily retained

Deletion takes place within 30 days. Some data may be retained only for the period required by a legal or accounting obligation, fraud prevention or a dispute. Temporary backups are removed according to their normal rotation cycle.

Mobile subscriptions

Deleting the AutoKarnet account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately in the relevant store.
